Dubrule & Nowel is looking for a dedicated Immigration Attorney to report to our Tampa, FL or Bradenton, FL office. This role will include representing clients in person in court, USIC, and other administrative agencies in family-based immigration as well as removal cases. Additionally, the selected candidate will draft and prepare legal documents, conduct research, work with clients through the entire legal process, and support the firm’s mission of providing expert legal representation to our clients.

Responsibilities :

Represent clients in court and other government agencies in removal / deportation cases and family-based immigration.

Draft and review petitions, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.

File and monitor applications for U visas, T visas, Asylum claims, and other relevant immigration programs.

Conduct consultations with new clients and make sound and actionable recommendations on case strategy.

Work collaboratively with paralegals and other firm staff in a way which drives firm culture and the firm’s mission.

Assists in promotional events which may occur outside of normal working hours.

Stay up to date on regulatory changes and modify strategies to address those changes.

Qualifications :

Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in the United States.

Must be Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

Prior trial and court experience is highly desirable.

Prior experience in immigration law is desirable.
