What You'll Do as the Immigration Attorney :
- Represent clients before U.S. immigration courts, USCIS, and state courts
- Conduct thorough client consultations and case preparations
- Analyze case outcomes and develop appropriate legal strategies
- Manage large caseloads and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Supervise paralegals and oversee case progress
- Prepare legal documents, including appeals, motions, and petitions
- Participate in outreach efforts and case acceptance meetings
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout their cases
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training
