As a Door Shop Sales / Administrative Assistant team member, you’ll play a key part in delivering the best customer service possible while listening to the customer’s needs. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail orientated, and be willing to learn about our products and services. Must be comfortable with basic Microsoft Outlook and Excel used for corresponding, uploading pictures, using attachments and maintaining basic spreadsheets. Candidate should expect to be split between multiple duties.
The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and qualifications:
- Door and window knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory
- Previous customer experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to place orders for both stock and specialty items
- Handle returns and vendor errors
- Maintain inventory accuracy and work with team to solve problems
- Show exceptional communication skills
- Ability to answer phones and greet walk in customers in a professional manor

Position is located in Oroville, CA.
Full-Time. 40 hours per week. / Monday-Friday
Starting at $20.00/hr. DOE
