- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to meet the needs of the children under your care.
- Assist in planning and organizing engaging activities for children, incorporating elements such as tutoring, sports coaching, and educational games.
- Actively participate in play activities with the children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Utilize child management techniques to encourage positive behaviors and address any discipline challenges effectively.
- Assist with snack preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in the designated areas.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines related to childcare services.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, dressing appropriately for the role.
- Attend staff meetings and engage in continuous education as required by relevant authorities.

The Group Leader will play a crucial role in promoting the overall growth and development of our students. This position will be located at Eisenhower Elementary School. Openings for both the before and after school program.
Duties:
- Provide educational support and tutoring to students, both individually and in small groups.
- Develop and implement lesson plans and educational activities that cater to the unique needs of our students.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
- Collaborate with other Group Leaders and Supervisors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and guardians.
- Assist with the management of classroom supplies and resources.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills childhood development and childcare.
