Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions about menu items.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in food preparation areas.
- Utilize POS system efficiently for order processing and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment while supporting each other during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of toppings, milk, syrups, and other supplies to ensure availability for service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or café setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards in the café.
