Duckett-Wilson Management Company develops and manages Strip and Grocery Anchored Shopping Centers throughout California, Nevada, and Colorado. The Northern Property Management portfolio consists of twenty-three (23) Strip or Grocery Anchored Shopping Centers in the Northern California Territory.

Summary
The property manager needs to be organized, have good time management, good arithmetic skills, be task-orientated, and communicate well with others including, but not limited to colleagues, vendors, and tenants. Travel (both driving and flying) at least once a week, attention to detail, thoroughness, accuracy, the ability to follow through, problem solve, and complete tasks are required. The property manager must have a good driving record, be able to physically and mentally climb roof ladders, and will be required to walk shopping center parking lots, as these are some of the activities necessary to inspect the shopping centers. Outside of the days of travel, the property manager will be required to conduct all work at the west Los Angeles office, and after two (2) years of shall be reviewed for the ability to telecommute for one (1) day of the work week. They are expected to run their property portfolio in a clean, neat, and organized operation as they will be responsible for budgeting and completing the day-to-day operations of the Northern California property portfolio. These day-to-day operations include, but are not limited to:
· Maintaining the properties' clean and neat appearance
· Communicating, interacting, and managing with vendors, tenants, municipalities, and colleagues
· Ensuring timely completion of the shopping centers projects, such as roof replacements, and parking lot repairs
· Prepare the periodic (monthly) and one-time billings to Tenants and work with the Director of Collections on accounts receivables
· Preparation, periodic review, and annual reconciliation of the annual budget for each shopping center
· Review and administration of each contract (tenant leases and vendor contracts)
· Travel to and from the property portfolio on a weekly basis for inspections
· Prepare invoices for payment
· Work alongside the leasing team to manage tenant move in and move outs
· Provide accurate, timely, and complete information for the property portfolio
· Promptly respond to emergency situations, including weekends
