The Sales Support Coordinator provides valuable assistance to the Sales organization, ensuring support on various tasks and activities. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from travel coordination to meeting support and general administrative duties.
What we will ask you to do:
- Provide administrative support to the SVP, National Wholesale Sales which includes travel, hotel, calendar support, expense reports and other duties as required.
- Code invoices and approvals.
- Maintain and renew negotiated rates with local hotels.
- Update Sales Team Map, org charts, and sales team addresses.
- Maintain Duckhorn University Sales team content.
- Communicate with team on deadlines, workload, and current projects.
- Support all aspects of the National Sales Meeting.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure a smooth meeting and cadence.
- Facilitates travel bookings and itineraries for the team.
- Provide essential support for new hire training, distributor visits and winemaker travel.
- Monitor CRM requests in absence of Trade Relations Manager.
What you will need:
- 3 years’ experience in comparable position; degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in administrative or sales support is a plus.
