Position Overview
The Head of Content Licensing will spearhead the monetization and distribution of Dude Perfect's extensive content library across major streaming platforms, digital channels, and FAST services. This role will focus on maximizing the value of our archive content through strategic partnerships with premium streaming services (SVOD / AVOD), while also managing distribution across emerging platforms. The position will be instrumental in developing new revenue streams through content packaging, format sales, and strategic distribution deals that expand our global audience reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content distribution strategy across major streaming platforms, including both SVOD and AVOD services
- Lead negotiations for content licensing deals and original content opportunities across the content ecosystem
- Drive monetization of archive content through strategic packaging and windowing across various platforms
- Create and manage territory-specific distribution strategies for international expansion
- Oversee rights management and clearance processes for global distribution
- Analyze viewing metrics and content performance data to optimize distribution strategy
- Monitor industry trends in streaming, digital distribution, and content monetization
- Build and maintain relationships with key players in the streaming content ecosystem
