With more than 60M YouTube subscribers and a massive global following across social platforms, we're seeking an experienced Head of Content Licensing to expand our brand's reach and revenue streams.Position OverviewThe Head of Content Licensing will spearhead the monetization and distribution of Dude Perfect's extensive content library across major streaming platforms, digital channels, and FAST services. This role will focus on maximizing the value of our archive content through strategic partnerships with premium streaming services (SVOD / AVOD), while also managing distribution across emerging platforms. The position will be instrumental in developing new revenue streams through content packaging, format sales, and strategic distribution deals that expand our global audience reach.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute content distribution strategy across major streaming platforms, including both SVOD and AVOD servicesLead negotiations for content licensing deals and original content opportunities across the content ecosystemDrive monetization of archive content through strategic packaging and windowing across various platformsCreate and manage territory-specific distribution strategies for international expansionOversee rights management and clearance processes for global distributionAnalyze viewing metrics and content performance data to optimize distribution strategyMonitor industry trends in streaming, digital distribution, and content monetizationBuild and maintain relationships with key players in the streaming content ecosystemRequired Qualifications7 years of experience in content distribution, streaming platform partnerships, or content licensingProven track record of securing deals with major streaming platforms and digital content servicesDeep understanding of the streaming ecosystem, content monetization strategies, and digital rights managementExperience working with global streaming services, regional platforms, and digital distributorsStrong knowledge of content valuation, performance metrics, and audience analyticsDemonstrated success in negotiating multi-territory licensing agreementsBachelor's degree in Business, Media Management, or related fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience working with YouTube creators or digital-first content brandsDirect experience managing streaming platform partnershipsKnowledge of sports entertainment content distributionUnderstanding of various content monetization models (SVOD, AVOD, FAST)International content distribution experienceExperience with content localization and territory rights managementRelationships with major streaming platforms and digital content buyersPersonal QualitiesPassionate about sports, entertainment, and digital mediaStrategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindsetStrong ethical standards and commitment to family-friendly contentAbility to balance creative and commercial objectivesThrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentTeam player with excellent leadership skillsWork Environment This position is located onsite at the Dude Perfect HQ in Frisco, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex)Some travel required (20-30%)Dude Perfect is an equal-opportunity employer.
