Estimator

Dueall Construction has an immediate opening for a new team member to join our Estimating Team!

Do you have strong organizational skills and want to work with a high-functioning team with growth potential? We are seeking an Estimator who has the ability to multitask and can incorporate a balance of urgency and quality in all directives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for calculating the material that is required for a construction project or any other type of manufacturing project utilizing our estimating software (Planswift).
• Review necessary construction documents and consult with professionals to ensure the highest quality of work.
• Participate in daily team strategy and workload meetings and weekly company goal meetings.
• Visit job sites on occasion to work with our Field Team to achieve optimal assemblies and results.
• Learn and work with proprietary scheduling and communicative software.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required – Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management
• 1 year of experience in construction or estimating
• Working knowledge of residential construction, business process, and software systems preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills.
• Natural process improvement-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
