Inside Sales Cashier Building Materials

Job Description:

The Inside Sales Cashier will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with their purchases and providing excellent customer service
• Operating the cash register and handling cash and credit card transactions
• Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
• Providing product information and recommendations to customers
• Stocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering products as needed
• Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills and proficiency with cash handling
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
