We’re an Ad Age Agency of The Year and Outside Magazine Best Places to Work agency, headquartered in Boise, with people in Portland and Seattle. We’re on the hunt for an account manager to join our forward-leaning team of marketing writers, artists, strategists and digital natives.
You are?
A thoughtful, team-playing, detail-oriented account manager or project manager currently at an advertising/design/digital agency or a high-performing marketing department. You’re an insightful self-starter who values inclusivity and a culture of trust. You’ll jump in to help wherever needed and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and on target.

- Build and maintain client relationships and outreach that inspire trust and respect.
- Manage projects and take on client’s goals and success as your own.
- Nurture excellence and collaborate with your peers to ensure marketing exceeds client expectations.
- Dive in and absorb and evaluate research to gain a clear understanding of business plans and communicate insights to help achieve organizational goals.

- Implement marketing plans and measure activity against goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree from an accredited university.
- Experience working at advertising/design/digital agency or within a high-performing marketing department.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing account management or project/product management.
- DNA to “manage up,” not just check boxes.
- A self-starter who wants to dig in, stay busy and help the team thrive.
- Excellent writing, editing and research evaluation skills.
- A smiling can-do attitude that finds solutions for challenging situations.
- Attention to details.
