As an Accounting Intern, you will work closely with our Finance team to support various aspects of accounting and financial management. This internship is designed to provide exposure to financial reporting, data analysis, and overall accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers, excellent analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and contribute to the financial operations of our company.
Responsible For:
- Financial Data Entry and Analysis:
- Assist in data entry and analysis of financial transactions.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Assist in reconciling vendor and customer accounts.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist in analyzing financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
- Audit Support:
- Assist in preparing documentation and schedules for internal and external audits.
- Contribute to the implementation of audit recommendations.
- General Accounting Support:
- Provide general support to the finance team in day-to-day accounting tasks.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounting department.
What we are looking for:
- Current college level student with major in either Accounting/Finance or Concrete Industry Management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
