We are seeking a Construction Technology Coordinator to oversee the integration and utilization of technology in construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to implement and optimize technological solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness in construction processes.
This is a full-time position comes with a strong benefits package including :

Process survey data collected in the field.Convert design files to clean and usable linework files for GPS in the field.Create and export surfaces.Ability to organize and manage changes to designs and files.Process scan data, prepare data for export back to the field, create exhibits of processed scan data.Perform earthwork takeoffs from design files and field survey data.Create cut / fill maps.As-built creation.Ability to develop As Builds.Analyze GPS technology data to identify areas of improvement.Partner closely with cross company Engineering support, providing a link between Duininck. Golf and the overall company Engineering team.Collaborate with project teams to assess technology needs and develop implementation strategies.Research, evaluate, and recommend construction technology solutions to streamline processes and drive productivity.Provide training and support to project teams on the use of construction technology tools and systems.Monitor and analyze the performance of technology solutions and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in construction technology and incorporate them into projects as appropriate.Skills and requirements necessary for success in this role :
Proven experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction processes.Proficiency in Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D software’s.Understanding of coordinate systems and datums.Surveying fundamentals and knowledge of Trimble line of surveying equipment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Education and experience :
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.Enjoyment of the game of golf.Physical requirements necessary in this role :
Regularly required to stand, sit, and move about the facility.Able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.Travel as required.Valid driver’s license required.Able to work with various office technology, hardware, and software.Duininck is an equal opportunity employer.
