This is a full-time, year round position comes with a strong benefits package including :
Compensation range $25 -$30 per hour based on experience and background.

Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support for H2B visa programs, including documentation, coordination, and compliance tracking.
Oversee the organization and maintenance of employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Input and manage employee information in the LMS.
Provide support for various HR projects, including policy development, process improvement initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and report generation.
Oversee the administration / design of company policies related to employee equipment and other benefits (e.g., fitness, boots, safety glasses).
Assist in the recruitment process, including resume screening and scheduling interviews.
Contribute to talent management initiatives that meet the unique needs of employees.
Support the implementation of new ideas aimed at employee development and retention.
Manage administrative tasks related to temporary or agency employees, including onboarding, documentation, and coordination of assignments.
What we look for :
1 -3 years’ experience in Human Resources or administrative support
Proven experience working with hiring teams and company leadership to foster relationships.
Familiarity with ATS / HRMS systems and resume databases
Organized and self-motivated with the ability to be flexible
Bilingual in Spanish
