Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage driver files to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Provide administrative support for H2B visa programs, including documentation, coordination, and compliance tracking.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Input and manage employee information in the LMS.
- Provide support for various HR projects, including policy development, process improvement initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and report generation.
- Oversee the administration/design of company policies related to employee equipment and other benefits (e.g., fitness, boots, safety glasses).
- Assist in the recruitment process, including resume screening and scheduling interviews.
- Contribute to talent management initiatives that meet the unique needs of employees.
- Support the implementation of new ideas aimed at employee development and retention.
- Manage administrative tasks related to temporary or agency employees, including onboarding, documentation, and coordination of assignments.
What we look for:
- 1 -3 years’ experience in Human Resources or administrative support
- Proven experience working with hiring teams and company leadership to foster relationships.
- Familiarity with ATS/HRMS systems and resume databases
- Organized and self-motivated with the ability to be flexible
- Bilingual in Spanish
