We are adding to our senior leadership team with the addition of a Director of Finance. This role will bring a fresh look on the strategic financial direction of our heavy civil construction operation in Texas. We are excited for the opportunity to leverage financial insights to help drive strategic business decisions that support the growth of our business and impact our employees, their families and our communities in a positive way.
- THE WORK Maintain a notable level of personal hands-on analytical work in Texas contract accounting space, and work closely with company leaders to drive company initiatives forward.
- LEAD & MATTER Leverage your expertise in finance to propel the overall growth and capabilities of the team from a position of influence, providing unique and valuable perspectives that contribute to its success. Manage a team to support audit, tax, banking, treasury, and other technical and practical business systems.
