Founded in 2010, Davis Unlimited Information Technologies, Inc. (DUIT) is a woman-owned small business (WOSB), minority-owned small business information technology consulting company headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland that provides Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, PKI, and a host of other IT related services to the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking the best and brightest part-time college interns to join our winning team.
We have two long term projects for a minimum of 34 or more hours a week for someone to work with our Recruitment or IT teams. Positions are scheduled to begin in June of 2025 and end in August 2025.
Responsibilities:
The Staffing intern duties will involve and are not limited to the following:
- Social media, technical, recruiting, writing, marketing, web development, and other duties as assigned.
- Must have experience with using Microsoft Office software and ability to learn other software/office supply usage.
- Computer literate and have proficient typing skills is mandatory
- Pay close attention to detail and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and motivated with strong project and time management skills; strong multi-tasker
- A strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a high degree of professional maturity/confidentiality
- Have completed marketing and web development coursework
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
OR
The Software intern duties will involve and are not limited to the following:
- Receive highly sophisticated IT training from a former military veteran, certified IT professional, with over 20 years in DOD and private industry experience
- Individualized IT instructional plan
- Computer literate and have proficient typing skills is mandatory
- Pay close attention to detail and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and motivated with strong project and time management skills; strong multi-tasker
- A strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a high degree of professional maturity/confidentiality
- Complete IT courses

Qualification:
- Student must be actively enrolled in University of Maryland Baltimore County, nearby accredited institution, or resides less than 20 miles from the area
- Great academic standing with the attending university (provide copy of unofficial transcripts showing current GPA of 3.0 or better)
- Copy of Writing sample
