Responsibilities:
- Take vital signs, perform basic laboratory tests, and collect laboratory specimens
- Assist with patient preparation for examinations, treatments, and procedures
- Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements:
- Graduation from a medical assistant program accredited by CAAHEP or ABHES (Level I)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting (Level III)
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
