Customer Care Operations Coordinator

As a Customer Care Operations Coordinator, you have the opportunity to positively impact Duke's customer experience as you deliver on our customers' needs before, during and after the sale of our products. In this role you have the opportunity to be a part of the quoting, order management, order entry and customer support processes. You will work collaboratively with the team to support the customer and problem solve using root cause analysis and CI thinking.

• have experience in reading blueprints and floorplans
• can read basic electrical components
• have worked in a fast-paced working environment
• can handle multiple projects at the same time
• have attention to detail
• have experience in accounts/order management
