• Adhere to, support and promote St. Francis Health Services’ Mission and Core Values, philosophy, goals and objectives while conducting company business.
• Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Post open shifts and schedules.
• Coordinating requests for time off, leave, and open daily shifts to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Coordinate new hire’s schedules and training schedules (coordinate with Mentor as applicable).
Personnel Responsibilities:
• Answer staffing questions and assist employees in accurate completion of forms.
Regulatory Responsibilities:
• Maintain education records for all staff and track in-service hours (update Department Director of individuals’ delinquent of required hours).
• Post daily schedules in accordance to CMS guidelines.
