- Location: Requires travel to various locations

Primary responsibilities include employer program development, enhanced monitoring of Duly’s employer population, management of third-party employer channels with brokers/consultant, cultivating patient target opportunities and development of new product and service offerings.
Lead, develop and manage employer growth strategy
- Identify targets and define employer growth potential
- Work directly with employers to understand needs, frustrations and opportunities
- Develop employer service portfolio including new program value propositions, detailed program development, and roll out/implementation plans
- Monitor shifts and changes in employer patient population
- Introduce Duly to key employer decision makers through contacts and local market experience
- Develop broker and consultant channel including support for Duly in RFPs, offerings and new opportunities
- Create strategy for Duly Open Houses, Employer Health Fairs and Employer On site programming
- Develop direct marketing strategies to work with patient cohorts to attract patients to new programs
- Define communication strategy including Duly content for employer newsletters, benefit tip sites and employee health campaigns
- Define narrow network opportunities with existing health plans
- Review TPA landscape to determine potential partners for tiered products and other unique arrangements
- Assess aggregators who create employer alternatives to traditional health plan offerings
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field required
- 5 years’ previous experience in employer marketing and sales
- Expert knowledge and experience with Self-Funded, Insured and Taft Hartley plan sponsors and employers
- Deep relationships with local employers, brokers and benefits consultants
- Product development experience including defining value propositions, targets and implementation plans
- Experience with on-site programming, employer group health fairs and other promotional campaigns
- Experience monitoring and aggregating employer data, trends and shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues to varying audiences and levels
- Strong presentation skills including engaging large and small audiences
- Experience with traditional health plan sales cycles and provide specific network strategies
- Experience working with vendors and consultants
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Power Point, MS One Note, MS Project and D365 )
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Preferred experience within sales, community relations and growth program development.
Salary : $125,000 - $188,000
