This Scheduling Assistant Trainer supports Scheduling and the Shared Services organization and supports the primary trainer and training initiative. They will support content updates training delivery, and content delivery, agent skill gap closure, and content delivery and creation in support op operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Trainer in developing and delivering training programs for new hires and existing staff.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and handouts in collaboration with the training team.
- Set up training rooms with necessary equipment and materials.
- Co-facilitate training sessions, including onboarding, soft skills, technical systems, and compliance training.
- Conduct one-on-one or small group training sessions as needed.
- Provide support to trainees during training sessions, addressing questions, and providing clarifications.
- Track attendance, participation, and completion of training sessions.
- Update training records and ensure accurate documentation of employee progress.
- Gather feedback from trainees and report findings to the Lead Trainer for program improvement.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring trainee performance post-training
- Provide ongoing support to employees after training, including answering questions and offering additional coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with the training team to create and update training content, ensuring it aligns with company policies and industry standards.
- Assist in customizing training materials to suit the needs of specific departments or roles within the contact center
Qualifications
EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Four years or more in a Training position preferably in health care
- Patient/client-facing experience
- Epic reception workflow
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA)
- Knowledge of leading a team to meet expectations
- Knowledge of patient experience, healthcare and/or administration
- Customer service skills
- Computer skills, min of 30 wpm
- Knowledge of PHI Software
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Ability to communicates professionally.
- Flexible of travel min of 30% of the time
