Strategic Sourcing Specialist - Contract Assignment: 90-Days

The Talent Sourcing Specialist works closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Talent Acquisition leadership to understand staffing needs to develop and implement a proactive, innovative sourcing strategy, which includes networking and cultivating a talent pipeline in a creative and effective manner.
Responsibilities
- Source, assess and select qualified applicants to be referred as candidates for current and future staffing needs. Ensures consistency of employer brand to attract and recruit diverse top talent. (60%)
- Pipeline Development:
- Develops functional sourcing processes to include social media, cold calling, industry events, boolean strings, job boards, and other sourcing techniques; determines which channels best service client needs to maintain an active talent pipeline OR ensure a steady stream of top talent.)
- Candidate Engagement:
- Proactively reach out to potential candidates through various channels, to create a compelling narrative around the opportunities at Duly.
- Manage ICMS Candidate Relationship management tool to ensure potential candidates continue to stay connected with Duly, nurture relationships and prioritize outreach to improve Duly’s visibility.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with our talent acquisition team to ensure a seamless transition of sourced candidates into the recruitment process. and builds and leverages relationships with diverse professional organizations and networks to attract and build talent pipelines.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data and analytics to drive insights and recommendations, optimizing sourcing and engagement strategies.
- Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market intelligence to inform our talent acquisition strategy.
- Work closely with clinical advancement and DEI team to facilitate strategic recruitment leads from partnerships with local colleges and institutions, organizations and agencies that will contribute to the diversity of our candidate pipeline. (20%)
- Talent Mapping:
- Create and maintain comprehensive talent maps for identifying potential candidates who align with our company's values and goals
- Serve as the primary source for all contractual hiring with staffing agencies for temporary and direct hire placements. Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure effective onboarding of contract hires. (10%)
- Metrics and Reporting: (10%)
- Leverages recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring metrics to Talent Acquisition leadership for monthly reporting purposes.
- Pipeline Development:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Experience sourcing passive talent (minimum of 2-3 years of experience)
- Knowledge of the Chicago Healthcare Market
- Experience building pipelines, seeking new channels, networking, and cold calling to identify new sourcing avenues.
- Strong sourcing skills (utilizing online job boards, networking, research, and social media)
- Knowledge of social media
