Branch Administrator
Required Education and Experience
Essential Functions
- Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for assigned positions.
- Works with management to process job requisitions.
- Coordinates with hiring managers to determine the best recruiting process for positions.
- Acts as liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, social media and advertising agencies.
- Screens and interviews applicants (by phone or in person).
- Extends verbal and written contingent job offers.
- Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers including benefits, compensation, locations and uniforms.
- Conducts background checks and new-hire drug testing.
- Maintains employee referral program and works with HR to ensure payment through payroll process.
- Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Completes weekly report on employment activity.
- Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy and applicable federal and state laws.
- Assist with the weekly timekeeping process by ensuring hourly employees have clocked in and clocked out for the week.
- Manage Lighthouse Software for DC METRO Branch.
- Support with Benefits Enrollment for DC METRO Branch Security Staff.
- Track Guard Card license information and renewals as well as inventory/distribution of uniforms.
- Manages HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance.
- Assist with new employee orientation.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
- Regular Attendance required.
- The ability to work all scheduled hours, including all the necessary overtime.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma/GED required (associate degree in a business-related field preferred).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to function well in a team environment.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with WinTeam is desired.
