POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the company’s cross-functional office operations.
This position requires a proactive and adaptable skillset, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain a high level of organization among competing priorities. Key Duties and essential functions :
- Offer administrative support across various departments including marketing, sales, and operations.
- Spearhead order management of office supplies, company-branded materials, gifts, office lunches and keep accurate inventory levels, where applicable.
- Plan and coordinate events, ranging from small meetings (in-person and virtual) to large in-person gatherings for 100 people.
- Assist in the coordination and deployment of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Support the sales team in a variety of projects using Microsoft Excel and presentation formatting in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Maintain general office organization.
- Manage various administrative projects with limited direction, utilizing problem-solving skills to meet end goals.
- Take ownership of tasks and show initiative in completing projects on-time and within budget.
- Assist with data management and process documentation. Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
- 2-5 years of Office, Administrative or Marketing experience in a professional setting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs; MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills :
- Previous experience in office administration, event planning, sales support or marketing coordination is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Physical Demands and Work Environment : The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Must be able to observe details at close range. Benefits :
