We are seeking an ambitious, fast-paced and responsible manager to oversee the day to day operations of our retail business. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a positive work environment and will be able to monitor inventory levels and employee progress on a real-time basis. The successful candidate for this position will have retail industry experience and will be interested in utilizing their organizational skills to improve sales and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly search for ways to minimize overhead costs.
- Regularly review staffing levels and ensure that they meet the needs of the store.
- Direct store volunteers to ensure that they are following company policies and procedures.
- Establish a pleasant and productive work environment.
- Develop interpersonal skills.
- Recruit and retain good volunteers.
