Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Skilled Landscapers: Work alongside experienced team members on landscaping projects, from mulching and planting to installing hardscapes. Learn best practices from the best and develop valuable, real-world skills.
- Lawn Maintenance & Care: Support with mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning, and general maintenance with attention to detail to ensure high-quality results on every job.
- Efficiency & Safety: Prioritize safety and efficiency in tasks like mowing, trimming, and mulching, while continuously improving and learning new techniques to exceed expectations.

Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is not required, but preferred.
- Physical Fitness: Passion for outdoor work. Ability to perform manual labor outdoors(standing/kneeling for extended periods), lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver’s License: Reliable transportation. A clean driving record is required for operating company vehicles.
