As a Business Development Specialist , you’ll play a key role in driving Dune Funding’s growth by building and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities. You’ll focus on relationship building, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring an outstanding client experience. Your contributions will directly impact the financial success of the company and our clients. Success in this role can lead to exciting growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leverage pre-developed lead lists to identify and close opportunities effectively.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, focusing on service-based businesses and real estate investors.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand client challenges and align solutions with their needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, including attending trade shows, industry events, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Actively network to represent Dune Funding’s brand and drive new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Document all sales activities in our CRM software.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of personal sales performance.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales; financial sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
