Role Overview:

Dune Security is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our customers, ensuring they realize the full value of our AI-powered cybersecurity solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, drive product adoption, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and retention, contributing directly to Dune Security’s continued success.


What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of key customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Customer Experience and Documentation: Track customer satisfaction using HubSpot CRM, create and update documentation based on client feedback, and continuously enhance onboarding and support materials.
  • Client Onboarding and Implementation: Lead the smooth transition from sales to implementation for new clients, working with the product team to configure the Dune Security platform to meet their unique needs. Provide best practices for integrating Dune Security with existing technology stacks, including IAM and SEG.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Lead reviews of comprehensive reports on user risk profiles, security posture, and the impact of training. Assist clients in interpreting data and optimizing their security measures.
  • Customer Advocacy and Feedback: Represent the customer’s voice within Dune Security, ensuring their feedback influences product development. Advocate for customer needs and help prioritize feature requests.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in customer success practices, documentation and support procedures. Stay informed on industry trends to continuously enhance client value.
  • Upsell and Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand customer engagement through upselling and cross-selling additional products and services that meet their evolving needs.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of enterprise client-facing experience in managing a large customer portfolio, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analytical Skills: An analytical mindset with the ability to assess customer data, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable strategies to drive success.
  • Upsell and Expansion Expertise: Demonstrated ability to identify upsell opportunities and successfully execute expansion strategies.
  • Adaptability: The ability to excel in a dynamic environment, quickly adapt to challenges, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.

Compensation:

We offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes competitive base salary, incentive compensation, equity, and top benefits/perks.


Additional Details:

  • Location: NYC. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of our Soho, Manhattan office.
  • Hours: Full time.
