Landscaping Project Manager

Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Landscaping Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Landscaping Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscaping projects, from initial planning to final execution. Your expertise in horticulture, landscape design, and project management will be instrumental in delivering high-quality landscaping solutions to our clients. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership qualities, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for creating visually stunning outdoor spaces.
Duties include seeding, spring and fall cleanup, trimming shrubs and small trees, weeding flower beds, mulching, planting, landscape design, brush removal, skid steer work, tree removal and snow removal.
Previous landscape experience is required.
This is a full-time position.
Position Responsibilities:
A successful candidate will be one who has a passion for lawn maintenance, enjoys working outdoors, and has an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Employee is expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment, including work site and equipment.
Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to commercial hedge trimmers, weed eaters, blowers, skid steers, chainsaws, and stump grinders.
Perform basic service and maintenance on equipment.
Be able to complete jobs in a time efficient manner and meet company productivity goals in a team-oriented environment.
Employee is required to stand, walk, crouch, or kneel for long periods of time.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
Provide onsite customer care and help establish relationships with clients.
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Valid Ohio driver license
Pay:
This position pay is variable upon experience. Typically, between $20.00 - $23.00 hourly with a potential for Salary and paid time off.
Hours:
Monday - Friday. Specific hours will vary. Some makeup work may be performed on the weekend.
