What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant Coordinator position at Dunhill Staffing Systems?
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative professional for a Project Coordinator role with an engineering firm located in Charleston / West Ashley. The successful candidate will work alongside engineers, construction partners, vendors, and other office staff to effectively manage all administrative duties associated projects. This will include creation and coordination of project materials, scheduling progress meetings, preparing documents for permitting and closeout, and assisting with routine office-related tasks.
The position requires an individual with excellent organizational skills for document management, as well as effective communication to coordinate tasks between internal teams, government entities, and clients. Experience in an engineering, construction, or similar industry preferred.
Hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm (fully in-office). Benefits include PTO, medical and dental with company paying 80% of premiums, and 401K w/ match.
