What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker/Finisher position at Dunkin' | HT2?

The Baker/Finisher will be responsible for baking and finishing the Company’s baked good items, including donuts, bagels, croissants and muffins. . The Baker/Finisher will be expected to execute proper pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures in a timely fashion to produce consistent, high-quality finished baked products to guests.
Principal Responsibilities and Key Activities(s):
o Manage and execute nightly baking:
- Overnight Baking hours range from 12am-7am
- Prep, baking and decorating of donuts
- Prep and baking of bagels and muffins
- Equipment, work stations and dishes clean up
o Inventory Management:
- Weekly inventory counting
o Additional duties as assigned
