Summary
As a Crew Member Store Opener, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth start to the day at our fast-paced restaurant. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will utilize your core skills in POS operation, cash handling, and food service to assist customers and maintain a clean environment. Your premium skills in time management and upselling will enhance the customer experience, while your relevant skills in food preparation and sanitation will ensure food safety and quality. Responsibilities
- Open the store early in the morning, ensuring all operations are ready for the day.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Prepare food items according to safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas, adhering to food handling regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
