Summary
As a Dunkin' Donuts Store Opener for the early morning shift, you will be essential in ensuring a smooth start to the day for our customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will utilize your core skills in customer service, cash handling, and food service to create a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Open the store promptly and prepare for daily operations by setting up the POS system and ensuring all food items are stocked and ready for service.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, processing payments, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Handle food preparation and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist in upselling products and managing cash handling efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
