Responsibilities
- Open and prepare the store for daily operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process customer orders and handle cash transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Prepare food items according to company standards while adhering to sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with experience in food service and quick service environments
- Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
