Summary
As a Crew Member at our Upper Glen location, you will be integral to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth operation during opening and closing shifts. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will utilize core skills in POS systems, cash handling, and food service to take orders and prepare food efficiently. Your premium skills in time management and upselling will enhance the customer experience, while your relevant skills in sanitation and kitchen experience will maintain our high standards. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their orders, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Prepare food items according to safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas, including bussing tables.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Qualifications
- Experience in food service or quick service restaurant environments
- Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on upselling and sales techniques
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash register operations and transactions
