Summary
As a Crew Member at our Warrensburg location, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, your core responsibilities will include operating the cash register, handling food safely, and ensuring a clean workspace. Your expertise in POS systems and food service will enhance the customer experience, while your premium skills in time management and upselling will drive sales. With a focus on teamwork and efficiency, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their orders, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and timely food delivery.
- Uphold sanitation standards and adhere to food handling regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in food service and quick service restaurant environments
- Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on upselling and sales
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash register operations and transactions
