JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Associate job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Customer service focused on excellence
- Urgency and speed while maintaining accuracy in orders
- Suggestive selling to maximize and encourage product introduction
- Collaborate and work as a team to build brand and great company reputation
- Support cleanliness, standards and customer service
- Work stations may include cashier, sandwich maker, food prep, stocking and / or
- cleaning
- Ensure presentation, dress code and cleanliness comply with standards and policies
- Assignments focused on new product, equipment and customer engagement tools
- Other job related responsibilities and directives to ensure profitability and success
