Receptionist

Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig (DBL) is seeking a full-time Receptionist in our Vienna, Virginia office. 

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones professionally and responsibly and directing callers to appropriate personnel, making appointments for attorneys and paralegals.
• Greeting clients for appointments.
• Oversee inventory and order kitchen and office supplies
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office. 
• Place work order requests for office repairs/issues.
• Mail collection and delivery.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Able to handle multiple office responsibilities simultaneously.
• Liaison between clients and attorneys.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written English
• Ability to work independently and multi-task by prioritizing workload to manage commitments effectively and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Capacity to learn quickly and retain highly technical information.
• Superior interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
• Detail oriented.
• Must have working knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams
• Must have a positive attitude. 
• Must be in office Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
