Position Summary:
Responsible for answering, screening and transferring all calls; greeting and attending to visitors; sorting and distributing mail; handling/receiving; sending packages/deliveries; maintaining reception area; and processing administrative assignments as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma with some college or business school. Two to five years of clerical experience. Word processing experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to converse clearly on telephone. Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in stressful situations. Ability to multi-task. Timeliness and dependability are critical.
