The Associate Attorney will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting documents, and representing clients in various litigation and related matters.

Duties
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
- Review discovery documents and prepare discovery for all facets of litigation.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and related documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Litigate cases in court as necessary, presenting evidence and arguments effectively.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases to develop effective strategies for client representation.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Utah Bar or sitting for the Bar in February.
- Strong understanding of litigation with an emphasis in business, real estate, and construction litigation is preferred.
- Proficiency in legal drafting is essential.
- Excellent research skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
