Dunwoody College of Technology is seeking to hire an energetic and motivated Program Coordinator for our Pathways to Careers scholarship program (P2C). The P2C Program Coordinator is a critical role connected to Dunwoody’s scholarship program focused on preparing under-resourced individuals for college success, immediate jobs, and great careers!
What you will get to do:
- Recruit new students into the program through attendance at external events and high schools
- Encourage and motivate Pathways to Careers participants with intention, to support their transformation into becoming workforce-ready professionals
- Provide student support and engagement for all P2C students: Chapter One, for youth; and Chapter Two, for adults
- Attend monthly program engagement and enrichment sessions during the academic year
- Facilitate program orientation and information sessions, college and career success programming, and programming aligned to increase the number of under-resourced students entering technical and trade education and career fields
- Assist the Pathways to Careers Program Director with identifying and maintaining community partnerships connected to program recruitment, education, and employment

Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree, or related work experience
- Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office Suite systems
- Ability to work as a collaborative and solution-oriented team member
- General statistical knowledge and comprehension: ex: enrollment, student retention percentages, attrition forecasting, etc.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, with occasional evening and weekends
- Active MN Driver’s License and safe driving record
Salary : $23 - $27
