You’ll be :
Welcoming guests by greeting them with a warm smile as they enter through our branch doors
Educating members and potential members on appropriate credit union products and services
Optimizing the use of available technology and demonstrating how to use it
Encouraging members to utilize the Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) by explaining the features and benefits and assisting members with ITM transactions as needed
Serving as back up Teller to the ITM by processing deposits, payments, withdrawals, cashed checks, etc. and performing miscellaneous operation duties in accordance with established policies and procedures
Perform vault duties which are not limited to : cash orders, balancing vault, balancing and filling ITM / ATM units in branch
Perform entry level member service duties and other duties as assigned
You’ll need :
High school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED) or equivalent experience
Ability to exude confidence and lead by example in providing outstanding member service to members, potential members, and coworkers
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adjust your communication style to your audience
A positive attitude and strong desire to help others
Strong computer skills
Ability to promote a professional image of the credit union at all times
