This position is designed to be fully remote (work from home) after the successful completion of training that will take place at our onsite location in Waynesboro, Virginia. What You’ll Have The Opportunity To Do
- Providing exceptional member service through telephone inquiries to include deposit and loan accounts.
- Matching the right products and services to meet the needs of each member.
- Offers a dedicated career development plan to advance the knowledge and skills in order to provide full service for each member experience.
- Serve as trusted advisors by building strong relationships and always acting in the best interests of our members.
- Inform, educate, and advise members of DCCU’s products and services that contribute to their financial health and well-being.
- Execute member requests to include transfers, withdrawals, payments, debit and credit card inquiries, direct deposit transactions, stop payments, etc.
- Trouble shoot and resolve issues that may arise involving the various electronic channels.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on professional and effective telephone skills to uphold quality standards while servicing both internal and external members.
- High aptitude for detailed work and accuracy and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and contribute to individual, team and department goals while promoting a positive team environment to include remaining flexible and taking initiative, and a strong regard for confidential and sensitive information.
- Desire to develop and grow in their career.
- Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English are preferred.
- Required minimum home internet speed of 35 Mbps
