QUALIFICATION PROFILE :
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering or related Science / Engineering Degree. MBA is preferred.
- At least 7 years work experience in commercially oriented roles, including marketing, business development, sales, or strategy
- Experience in the electronics industry, preferably in high frequency and high-speed data applications, flexible circuits or printed circuit board (PCB) industries.
- Demonstrated record in driving execution and delivering on business commitments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build & grow trusted professional relationships with key customers & partners
- Team player with ability to communicate effectively with cross-function, cross-country teams in the global organization. Chinese language skills would be an advantage.
- Intellectual curiosity coupled with a strong drive towards execution
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter and comfortable working with ambiguity
- Prospecting Skills and Professionalism
- Ability & willingness to travel (up to 20%)
