Responsibilities :
- Deliver professional and courteous guest service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.
- Extend a warm greeting to arriving guests, creating a positive first impression of the hotel.
- Handle telephone inquiries with courtesy and efficiency, providing helpful information regarding hotel services, guest registration, local attractions, and travel directions.
- Efficiently manage guest reservations, including generating, confirming, canceling, and modifying bookings as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide assistance to guests with luggage upon arrival and departure, offering personalized service to enhance their experience.
- Handle billing transactions with precision, including computing bills, processing payments, and providing change when necessary.
- Assist guests in making reservations for restaurant dining, transportation, or entertainment, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Promote current hotel and franchise marketing programs to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Complete daily shift responsibilities checklist to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Demonstrate effective teamwork skills, fostering positive relationships and collaboration within a diverse team environment.
Must be available to work in the evenings and on weekends as needed.
