The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will maintain and monitor financial data related to research accounts within the School of Pharmacy.
Responsibilities
Supporting faculty and the Assistant Director of Finance and Administration in post-award grant staffing, grant related purchasing, budget reconciliation, expense reimbursement, and grant reporting according to DU and funding agency guidelines.
Monitoring budgets and reporting monthly to Grant PIs.
Providing all necessary information to the Assistant Director of Finance and Administration for hiring of grant-funded employees, including terms of employment, complete and accurate budget numbers and detailed position descriptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study
- 1-3 years' of experience working in financial support roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented
