What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Social Media Management – Develop and implement a business model and strategies that enhance brand recognition and growth.
- Content Creation – Produce daily content across all major social media platforms and maintain multiple smaller pages with consistent daily/weekly content.
- AI Implementation – Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, optimize engagement, and enhance marketing efficiency.
- Sales & Marketing Integration – Utilize AI-driven insights to align social media efforts with sales objectives, improving lead generation and conversion.
- Video Content Production – Be comfortable in front of or behind the camera for video content creation to engage audiences.
- Dealer Network Support – Work closely with our dealer network, assisting with marketing campaigns and generating leads.
- Lead Generation – Develop compelling content to attract and acquire new dealers and customers.
- Collaboration & Leadership – Work with the sales team to support their objectives while building and leading a growing marketing department.
- Performance Optimization – Track key metrics, analyze engagement data, and refine strategies using AI-powered tools.
