Summary / Objective
Responsible for supervising and managing the molding and assembly teams while performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards. This team member must maintain a positive attitude and have a high level of integrity.
Essential Roles
- Understand and follow all standard operating procedures to assure quality products are produced and ensure all departments follow same standard reporting methods.
- Manage area supervisors and leads across all production departments to ensure leadership throughout the production area is consistent and positive.
- Consistently be looking for ways to improve the processes used in molding and assembly, with the end goal of increasing efficiency and improving quality.
- Perform moderate to complex troubleshooting and routine maintenance on rotational molding ovens and auxiliary equipment.
- Resolve production issues.
- Identify root causes of issues and eliminate quality problems.
- Demonstrate competency in all aspects of the molding and assembly processes.
- Participate in all quality testing procedures on products.
- Ensure all errors are reported on production line using Non-Conformance Report (NCR)
- Safety Deputy duties include :
- Safety training on 1st and 2nd shift
- Accident / Incident investigation on 1st and 2nd shift
- Compliance monitoring

The employee is frequently exposed to heat, fumes, or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing for extended periods of time, and walking, and bending. The employee will regularly be required to lift and / or move items over 50 pounds.
